done
(Father's day)
Stick a fork in me, I'm done! (nice huh?)
I would like very much to crawl into bed and sleep for two days. I've been doing way more freelance than usual and it seems to be taking its toll. I've worked long hours on the computer over the last two weekends and on Monday started the layout of a 28 page paper which I am doing for a friend while she's on maternity leave. Luckily she hasn't left yet and has pretty much held my hand the whole time which has been awesome. It sort of feels like opening a puzzle box and not knowing if its going to be a 100 piece puzzle or a 1000 piece and if sometimes there might be pieces missing. That's what tackling this layout feels like. But I'm sure it will get done and it will all turn out way less painful than I thought, I'm bringing most of my torment on myself.
We will probably have lots of movie afternoons cause unfortunately I feel so brain fried that I have a hard time dealing with the girls. I feel sort of empty and dried out. But this will all be worth it when I have my newly built play room downstairs fully equipped with ikea storage and fun furniture for the girls. If I can just make it through this summer.
I'll be going to the high risk on Thursday and maybe if I get a good scan picture I'll post it here. I want to talk to them about letting me go as close to my due date as possible. They like to do the c-sections at 38 weeks so I don't go into labor on my own, but with Julia ending up in the NICU with breathing problems I am going to fight that one. So we'll see how close I can get it to Oct 20th. I want a really fat baby this time! I know I'm doing my part. LOL!
