The crepe myrtles are blooming again, Happy Anniversary honey!

I love this time of year when the crepe myrtles are so beautiful, it reminds me of the time surrounding our wedding. I have nothing but great memories from that day and it was one of the smartest moves I ever made. : )

I am blessed with a wonderful husband and outstanding father and there is no one else I'd rather journey through life with.
Happy 5th anniversary Andy, I love you tons!

Happy Birthday Lizzie

My oldest is 3 today and I can't believe it! After 24 hours of being induced she joined our family at 10:56 am on July 10, 2003 via c-section.

She is our constant source of laughter and entertainment. Her joy and energy for life is something I hope will rub off on me. My prayer for us is that we can foster her zest for life while still keeping her within her bounds.
Happy birthday my sweet and very considerate Lizzie, you keep us on our toes and bring a great deal of laughter and happiness into this house and we are blessed to have you!

Caught in the act!

We all need a little adjusting every once in a while! This is my all time favorite 4th of July picture. I'm not posting the name to protect the innocent (er, not so innocent in this case)! But she is in the family and we're so proud. LOL
