30 year old ballerina
(for the record I am not 30 just yet!)

A friend of mine mentioned yesterday that she was taking an adult beginner ballet class and the idea sounded SO FUN to me. She just called and we are currently in the process of making the decision but it cracks me up as well as gets me excited. I feel like a silly school girl. We already missed the first session which was last week but there are 9 more classes and for only $95 total and each class is an hour and a half long. I think this is a great deal based on some prices I've learned in researching gymnastic classes for Lizzie.
My big struggle (other than the humiliation of wearing a leotard) is how many evenings a week I should be away from my family. I already go to pilates on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30. I might be giving one of those nights up, I guess these are things that I'll have to discuss with Andy, but I find myself so excited.
I would love to take a modern class next, but we'll see if I even have any skills!
To the disappointment of our husbands, there will not be an end of the semester performance, sorry guys.
