NOW, its hot!!!
So being nearly 30 weeks pregnant in the dead of summer has not been that bad, until now. Folks it is HOT out there. My new policy is to no longer leave the house when its over 90 and feels like 106, like today. We just spent the afternoon at Coolidge park, almost two hours and I believe thats it for me today. LOL! Just the effort of walking to the car with the girls in a double stroller was ridiculous. I wanted nothing more than to come home and stick my head in the frig. I feel sort of like I just went running for the first time in a long time and my legs are like jelly. Can the heat do that to you, oh I feel a bit wimpy.
The upside is that both girls are down for a rest and I think I might take a long cool shower, which will be nice because I won't have to worry about anyone getting into anything. And then I might fry my brain with some useless afternoon tv. FUN! Could be reading a book, making jewelry, sewing- but no I think I'll see if something ridiculous is on. :)

i have noticed that my tolerance for the heat has gone out the window, as well. we went grocery shopping last night with all three boys in tow. after being stuck in a check out line for nearly 45 min, we walked outside to find out that it was still over 90 degrees at 9pm! yikes!

OH Heat! I live in the "attic" apartment of a house and for the last couple days my power has been shutting off for about an hour each evening. Nothing like a non-air conditioned attic at bedtime to help you pass out.
